Bath Rambling Club accepts no liability for loss or injury on walks.

All sporting and leisure activities have inherent hazards associated with them and rambling is no exception. In spite of the safety of members always being the paramount concern, accidents will occasionally occur. It is important, therefore, that when participating each member appreciates that they have a reponsibility to identify hazards associated with the activity and take all reasonable steps to eliminate or minimise the potential for an accident to occur.

Bath Rambling Club

Our roots go back to 1939.  At the beginning of World War II,  MoD (Admiralty) Civil Servants were evacuated to Bath from London; many of them shared a love of walking in the countryside.  However,  it  was not until 1955  that Ray and Margaret Little set up the walking group that was to evolve into The Bath Rambling Club.

Every Sunday there are three walks catering for all abilities and on alternate weeks there are  mid-week walks.  We try to arrange at least two weekends away a year and also social events.  All this for an annual subscription of just £5.00.  So why not join us and see if the Bath Rambling Club is for you.
