3.1 We use cookies for the following purposes:

(a) authentication and status - we use cookies to identify you when you visit our website and to track a visitor’s sessions on the site, cookies used for this purpose are: ss_cvt, ss_cvisit, ss_cpvisit for the duration of 30 minutes and ss_cvr, ss_cid for the duration of 2 years;

(b) personalisation - we use cookies to store information about your preferences and to personalise our website for you. The persistent cookie cookieconsent_dismissed is saved for the duration of 1 year when the ‘Got it!’ button on the cookies banner is clicked. The cookie cookieconsent_status is used to remember that a user has accepted the cookie disclaimer when the website first loads. The cookie ss_cookieAllowed confirms that user has seen cookie message and allowed cookies, this is set for the duration of 1 month;

(c) performance - we use cookies, installed by Google Universal Analytics to throttle the request rate to limit the collection of data on high traffic sites, cookies used for this purpose are: _gat used for the duration of 1 minute;

(d) security - we use a necessary cookie crumb to prevent cross-site request forgery, this identifies the user’s computer for the duration of visit and expires when you end browsing,

(e) analysis - we use cookies installed by Google Analytics. The cookie _gid is used for the duration of 1 day to store information of how visitors use a website and helps in creating an analytics report of how the website is doing. The data collected includes the number of visitors, the source where they have come from, and the pages visited in an anonymous form. The cookie _ga is used for the duration of 2 years to calculate visitor, session, campaign data and keep track of site usage for the site's analytics report. The cookies store information anonymously and assigns a randomly generated number to identify unique visitors.
